How Your Caricature is Created

Once you have decided on which type of caricature you like, you select the appropriate body theme template from the extensive range. The caricatures you can choose from are couples, sports, occasions, children and employment. If you would like to view some examples of how previous clients have been portrayed, then you can go through the “Likeness Samples” which illustrate the expert skills of our artists.
Now all you need to do is to upload a clear head and shoulders photo of the prospective recipient. To help the cartoonists, it is advisable to try to show the colour of the hair and eyes as this helps to make the caricature come alive and reproduce the likeness to a higher degree. For couples, you can upload two separate photos, if you don’t have one of them together and these are easily brought together by the cartoonists to complete the themed drawing.
Whilst ordering your caricature you can also specify extra details which can highlight that person’s particular distinctive features, such as: hair colour, a long nose, an extra large smile, facial attributes etc. The artists are experienced cartoonists and have no problem with special requests to make their clients happy. You also have the opportunity to choose whether you want a black or silver frame to compliment the caricature drawing and enhance the whole effect. For example a wedding scene would look much better with a silver frame, whilst an office environment would look more at home with a black one.
The caricature pictures all have borders too and can be either landscape or portrait defined. Each print is 42 x 29.7cm [A3] and for ease of postage and delivery, the pictures are covered with a clear acrylic front sheet which is safer and lighter than glass. At the back of the caricature frame is a simple hanging clip provided so that it can be hung immediately. The prints also have slip-off edges which enables the owner of the character drawing to easily change the portrait if necessary.
Next, you must fill in the order form with details of your name and address and delivery details. During the order process, you will be directed towards the secure payment page where you will be asked to make your payment (these range from £34.99 for single caricatures to £44.99 for couple caricatures). You will also be able to view many testimonials from satisfied clients who have ordered more than one caricature and have been really amazed by the skill of our artists.
Once you have completed your order, you will be given a unique order number and you can check the order status (by button) which you can track online. Orders normally are despatched within 5 days, but can take up to 10 days to reach you as they are sent by first class mail.
