We believe placing your order should be a simple process and
have set up and online system which means there is no need to send
emails back and fourth, it could not be more simple to place your order
online, just following the “but Now” links and you will be able to upload
your photos, enter what your require and make your payment. You
have 2 options for payment, you can use our secure Barclays payment
server or you can pay via pay-pal. We understand some people might
not like to make payments via the internet, so on the rare occasion this
is the case we would be more that happy to take your payment over
the telephone or you can arrange to make a payment at a branch or
arrange an online banking transfer.

Our standard turnaround time for a standard caricature using
one of our templates is 5 working days from us approving the images
you have supplied. If you are ordering a caricature from our custom
range (full body and background) this will take 10 working days.

Yes we can do this for you, we offer an Express service which is
charges at an extra £20.00 per order, if you decided you would like to
take this option your order will be dispatched within 48 hours and sent
out via royal mail special delivery on a next day before 1.00pm service,
your tracking number will also be sent to you to once your order has
been dispatched.

We are happy to change small bits on our templates, like changing
clothing colour, but if it means us editing the main image this cannot be
done. If you would like to order a caricature with just a head and body
this can be order as well as ordering a caricature with full head, body
and background.

When placing your order, before you go to upload yours photos, there
is a graphic which shows the quality of the images we require, once
you have placed your order our artists will look at the images you have
uploaded and if they are not of a good enough quality for us to work for
the images will be rejected and you will be informed via email and sent
a link where you can upload a new image.

Yes once you place your order, before you are diverted to the payment

what the problem is and work then put this right for you. We have put
systems in place to ensure this will not be a problem. Other problems
you might have, for example the packaging has been damaged or have
been damaged in transit, is simple, we would just send you out your
order again. Customer services is very important to us, so what ever
problem you might have we are only a phone call away and will deal
with you as a matter of urgency.
