They say that the inner child in us never dies, and this is certainly true for most of the people I know today. Although, many adults may try to hide and suppress their inner child, there are moments where we can’t help but let our inner child out and play. Today’s presents for children range from the über-kitsch to incorporating the latest computer graphics and technology on the PSP. However, all these gift ideas can be a little on the expensive side, and perhaps not encourage the right ideas for the child’s educational development.

This is why caricatures can make ideal gift ideas for children, because they can be done in a way that portrays the child as their favourite superhero, cartoon caricature or celebrity figure.
